I update my browser for I-dunno-what purpose, but u r rite in saying for useless updating ! I agree with u that protection measures are needed only when u dont know what work u are doing a.k.a not knowing what a site contains / clicking unknown AD links, etc... When we know our way around the web and can get a clearsense of waht a page/site is doing, we are safe from attacks though some misfortunes occur :) Oh, I forgot a thing... Very Good Article !
